How to Mix Fat Burners and Creatine

A lot of people want to know if it's OK to take both creatine monohydrate and fat burners at the same time. They want to lose fat while keeping their hard-earned muscle. First off, taking creatine before you workout vs. other times throughout the day is negligible in terms of results. Creatine is effective no matter when you take it; the only thing to remember is that you take it everyday. Fat burners however, have a little different story. Fat burners need to be taken prior to working out in order to be truly effective. That's when they're most advantageous to producing the best results possible.

The best possible solution is to take the fat burners and the creatine monohydrate at opposite ends of the day. If you workout in the morning, take your fat burners at that time then follow up with creatine in the evening. If you workout in the evening then take your creatine in the morning and the fat burners prior to working out.
